On Call Care Out-Of-Hours Providers
The practice out-of-hours cover is provided by West Hampshire Out Of Hours Service. Your
call will be answered by a trained operator who will arrange the most appropriate action
for you. Your call may be answered or managed by a triage nurse, a duty doctor, a request
to visit the primary care centre or a visit from a mobile doctor if necessary. If you
require a doctor urgently when the surgery is closed, please phone 0844 811 3060.

Disabled Access
Wheelchair access to the building is through the main front entrance. Disabled patients' WCs are available on all floors. Access can be gained from the front door.
A lift offering access to all floors is situated adjacent to the main staircase when entering the building.
