Obtain Repeat Prescriptions?

Repeat prescriptions will normally be ready within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for collection from the surgery or 72 hours for collection from a local pharmacy, following your written request arriving at the surgery. Prescriptions can be requested via the form below or, alternatively, you can request by post enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
