Patient Reference Group

The role of the Patient Reference Group is to:

* Represent patients' interests
* Facilitate relationships between patients and practice
* Provide a forum for patient feedback
* Devise and conduct patient surveys
* Suggest improvements to service levels
* Promulgate information, facts and figures
